We want you to love your Miaou pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale.

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
